You can expect to receive in-stock items within 7 to 10 business days. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. Oversize items will be shipped via truck freight and require additional time for delivery. Some specialty pieces and custom, personalized or commissioned items may take up to 10 weeks for delivery.

Deeter Lighting offers shipping only via UPS STANDARD DELIVERY, unless specified otherwise within the description of the individual product. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for UPS STANDARD delivery. Occasionally, items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Some oversized items must be specially packaged and shipped via truck freight. These shipping charges will be COD. Please allow extra time for delivery. If you would like an estimate for the C.O.D. freight charges, email us at shipping@deeterlighting.com or call 1-800-825-2852 (BULB) or 775-356-2852 (BULB) between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday (EST). For security reasons, we require a signature on all deliveries.

Deeter Lighting ships all orders insured equal to their purchase price. From our door to yours, your purchase is protected. All shipments require a signature for delivery. If you receive a damaged shipment, please repack the item in its original packaging, contact the freight carrier and Deeter Lighting at shipping@deeterlighting.com. At Deeter Lighting, we will do what it takes to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one. See Return Policy.

When you use your credit card to make a purchase through our shopping cart, your information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This technology works best when the site is viewed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. All information you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. Therefore your personal information is protected from outside parties when transmitted from your computer to our server. Please note that information provided to us as a result of your online purchase is completely confidential and will not be disclosed or sold to any other party.

Secure Sockets Layer Protocol
:
The Secure Sockets Layer protocol is designed to create a secure connection to a web server. SSL uses public key encryption to protect data as it travels over the Internet. All traffic, in both directions, is encrypted. GalleryRow.com uses a 128 bit encryption key, which is impossible to break. The power of encryption is only limited to the browser you are using. Both Microsoft and Netscape distribute a version of their browsers which is capable of 128 bit encryption. Most people, however, use a browser that supports a 40 bit encryption key, which is still very powerful. In both version 2.0 (or later) of Internet Explorer or Navigator, transactions can be encrypted using SSL. In Internet Explorer, you can tell that you're in the secure mode when a padlock appears on the bottom right of the screen. Netscape Navigator displays an unbroken key on the bottom left of the browser window. At deeterlighting.com you will not see neither the IE padlock nor the Navigator key, due to the fact that we are using frames. Another way to tell that a Web site is secured by SSL is when the URL begins with https: instead of http:. Again, you will not see this at deeterlighting.com, but we assure you the connections with the server are secure.

A key concern of Internet site managers is the security of their site and the critical business information on it. Internet Information Server 4.0 (IIS 4.0) is integrated with Windows NT Server file security to provide the highest levels of protection. Every file and application must be accessed by a Windows NT user account--either the IIS anonymous user or user that has been authenticated to the server. Windows NT tracks users by a unique security identification, not user name. So if a user account is deleted, and a new one created with the same name, the new user can't inherit any permissions belonging to the old account. Because the Windows NT directory is also integrated with the file system security manager, when a user or group account is deleted, all associated file permissions are deleted.

SSL in our equipment:
IIS 4.0 provides support for SSL 2.0 and 3.0 for secure communication as a base feature. A IIS certificate is presented to a client so that the client may authenticate the identity of the IIS 4.0 server. While it is not necessary, the IIS 4.0 server can also request a client certificate. SSL takes it from here, negotiating a secure connection with any browser connecting to the site. This ensures secure communications between client and server.

Deeter Lighting offers a satisfaction guarantee. In the event you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 30 days of shipment date for a prompt exchange or refund. If you have any concerns with your order at any time, we ask that you contact us at service@deeterlighting.com or call 1-800-825-2852 (BULB) or 775-356-2852 (BULB) between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday (EST). We cannot accept merchandise that is not returned to us as instructed. To streamline your return, we ask that you note the following:

  • The merchandise must be new, unused, unworn condition with all packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Secure all merchandise in its original packaging.

  • Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by e-mailing us at service@deeterlighting.com. We will provide you with an RMA number and return address. The RMA number must be written on the return shipping label. Any returned item that is not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.


  • All refunds will be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, if purchased through a credit card, the refund will be a credit back to the purchaser's credit card.


  • Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or approved trucking agent to the address we will provide for you when we e-mail back to you your RMA number. Deeter Lighting cannot accept C.O.D. on return shipments and cannot refund original or return shipping costs.


  • Please note that all personalized, customized, or commissioned items may not be returned.
Upon receipt, a full refund will be issued within three days.
